I work on the Network helpdesk at Wachter, supporting network deployments and troubleshooting infrastructure issues.
My background:
Helpdesk/network operations support (switch validation, troubleshooting, automation scripting)
Customer Support Engineer at Intercom (98% CSAT)
High School Computer Science Teacher
What I'm doing now: Learning AWS and cloud computing through AWS Cloud Institute. Documenting everything here, what I'm learning, what I'm building, and the struggles along the way.
Why I'm doing this? : I want to transition from helpdesk into cloud engineering or developer advocacy. Not many people write about AWS Cloud Institute, so I figured I would share my journey.
